Elegant and spacious apartments distributed in the building LA CASA VERDE of 3 floors, with terraces, good views, gardens and private parking in the same building in an area of Puerto de la Cruz well connected and easily accessible to the rest of the population, walking , by bicycle, public transport or your own car. All apartments have a shared Veranda Terrace, with chill-out area, hammocks, sofas and a panoramic view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated, with modern and comfortable furnishings with living-dining room and kitchen. It has 2 rooms: double room of marriage (1 bed 160x200) with dressing room and individual room (1 bed 90x200). It has a nice bathroom with bathtub. The modern kitchen is equipped with equipment and complete utensils. It has two fantastic terraces with fantastic views. The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump for the winter. 

To highlight our security elements, very important for the safety of our guests, such as fire extinguishers, smoke sensors (smoke detector), CO2 sensors and evacuation of the building. We also include a safe in each apartment for your valuables, documentation, cash and space for your laptop.
