Elegant and spacious apartments distributed in the building LA CASA VERDE of 3 floors, with terraces, good views, gardens and private parking in the same building in an area of Puerto de la Cruz well connected and easily accessible to the rest of the population, walking , by bicycle, public transport or your own car. All apartments have a shared Veranda Terrace, with chill-out area, hammocks, sofas and a panoramic view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with a modern and comfortable with living room and kitchen furniture. It has 2 bedrooms: double bed room (1 bed 160x200) with dressing room and gazebo with exercise bike for exercise and furniture to place bags and double room (2 beds 90x200). It has a nice bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with equipment and utensils with a window hatch to the sunroom.It has a fantastic sunroom of 20 m2 with elegant sofa and dining table and breakfast with fantastic views. Automated awnings have to respect their privacy available. The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump for the winter. 

To highlight our safety features are very important for the safety of our guests, such as fire extinguishers, smoke detectors (smoke detector snuff), CO2 sensors and building evacuation plan. We also include a safe in each apartment for your valuables, documentation, cash and space for your laptop.
