Elegant and spacious apartments distributed in the building LA CASA VERDE of 3 floors, with terraces, good views, gardens and private parking in the same building in an area of Puerto de la Cruz well connected and easily accessible to the rest of the population, walking , by bicycle, public transport or your own car. All apartments have a shared Veranda Terrace, with chill-out area, hammocks, sofas and a panoramic view of the Orotava Valley and Mount Teide.

The apartment is spacious and tastefully decorated with modern and comfortable furniture with living room and kitchen. It has 2 very sunny rooms with large windows: 1 double bed (1 bed 180x210) with dressing room and sofa, 1 single bedroom (1 bed 110x180) with desk. It has a spacious bathroom with shower. The modern kitchen is equipped with full kitchen equipment and has a breakfast bar with lounge access. The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump for the winter.
