We are a company specialized in renting apartments for short stays for your vacations or your work trips and located in the Island of Tenerife (Canary Islands) Spain.
We offer apartments as an interesting alternative to the hotel, being able to offer apartments with meticulous details and an excellent quality and fully equipped to make your stay in Tenerife comfortable and pleasant.

We have spacious and quality apartments. Available for 2, 3 or 4 people, with the possibility of an additional guest and with comfortable equipment for resting.
Kitchens fully equipped and with all the necessary utensils. Bed linen and bathroom linen included. Security equipment installed in the apartment as, safe, fire extinguishers and smoke and CO2 sensors.
- Included: Cleaning and weekly linen change. Wifi with Internet connection. Cleaning, bath and welcome kits available to customers. Cot, high chair and bathtub available for children up to 2 years old.
- Additional: Parking space, extra bed for children> 2 years old and adults, extra cleaning, delivery of meals / beverages at home and transfers to some place on the island.
BUILDING LA CASA VERDE
La Casa Verde Apartments are located in a slightly elevated area of Puerto de la Cruz with fantastic views of the Orotova Valley, El Teide and the sea.
The building of La Casa Verde Apartments was built in 1920 and restored in its entirety in 2005, renovating all apartments in the year 2017. Located in a place with excellent communications and very close services in the same city of Puerto de la Cruz.
The building is qualified as Architectural Heritage of Puerto de la Cruz and with the same dedication we seek the satisfaction of our customers.

BUILDING LAVANDA
The Lavanda Apartments are elegant and spacious studio apartments located in the Botanical zone, the best tourist area of Puerto de la Cruz where you can stroll peacefully through its gardens.
The apartments are located in the Residential building LAVANDA with easy access and very quiet area, with gardens and spectacular views, magnificent views of El Teide and private parking in the same building.
The area is very well connected and easily accessible to the rest of the population, walking, cycling, public transport or own car.
