Terms of Use:
Languages for communication with the hostess: Spanish (preferred), English and German (optional).
Check-in: Preferably from 16:00 to 22:00. For entries in the morning, subject to availability. When you are on the way to the apartments, send a message to the mobile: +34.628.37.89.86. Thanks.
Check-out: Until 12:00.
To arrivals Check-in from 22:00 to 9:00 hours (+1 day), will involve a charge of 25 € and must be planned in advance.
Smoking in apartments is not allowed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in apartment: 1
Extra beds and baby packs (cot, high chair and bathtub), are upon request and needs to be confirmed by us.
The Wifi network and the password for Internet access will be delivered upon arrival (Free). Also we have a wireless printer to print any document required by the guest.
The cleaning service has a charge of 40 € per stay, regardless of the length of stay.
The day and time for the weekly cleaning will be indicated at the time of the entrance. The weekly cleaning (from 8 days of stay) is included in the price, but you can request an extra cleaning with an extra charge.
The reservation of parking involves the payment of 6 € per night. There are other free spaces outside the building.
Will be responsibility of the guest deposit the garbage daily in the containers provided in the street for it.
In the veranda terrace is prohibited the access of children under 14 years without supervision of an adult. The company is not responsible in case of an accident.
As a matter of respect to the community, avoid making any noise after 22 hours.

100% of the reservation payment is made at Check-in.
Security Deposit:
It corresponds by apartment and stay, the price is € 150. A pre-authorization is made in the Check-in by Credit Card. The pre-authorization will be canceled, after review of the apartment, within 48 hours after departure (on working days).
This deposit covers minor damage that may be caused by misuse or breakage. Will not be refunded if any damage that may be directly attributable to the guest only logically excluding faults.
Cancellation or no show conditions:
There are no cancellation or no-show conditions.
Process Check-in / Check-out:
Our hostess will attend you at all times and be at your service for your demands and needs during your stay.
In Check-in: Our hostess will be waiting at the arrival time indicated by you. At that time will be presented with the key to the apartment, terrace viewpoint and the remote control of parking (if applicable) and will explain the most important issues to be aware of it.
As indicated in the Rules and Conditions section, the payment will be formalized at that time, including the signing of the lease (for short periods).

In Check-out: We will try to be present on departure to conduct the review of the apartment but you can perform the exit without our presence.
In that that case, left the keys delivered and the parking remote control (if applicable) within the same apartment (on the table in the living room) and closed the door. Then we will review the apartment.
